It is thus critically important, to envision a success criterion of which placing world-class digital leadership comes atop of the list, to ensure subsequent activities related to carving out and delineating positional requirements of the digital team is aimed at driving "Class A" processes for sourcing, interviewing, hiring and deploying digital talent to maximize success of execution and return on investment.
