From the United States to the world

The rules of your market are being rewritten. Decide while there is still a choice.

AI, open standards and new trust requirements are changing what customers, regulators and investors will accept. We help boards and leadership teams see what is shifting, frame the decision it forces, and build the capability to act, from inside the bodies where these rules are written.

  1. 01DiagnoseBenchmark performance against leading practice and find the gaps that matter.
  2. 02DesignTurn gaps into a target operating model, a strategy and a roadmap.
  3. 03ProveTest the case with feasibility, valuation and plans before capital moves.
  4. 04BuildStand up the technology, function or venture alongside the client’s team.
  5. 05Hand overOperate until ready, then transfer with playbooks and training.

What is shifting now

Three changes most leadership teams have not priced in yet. Each one is sourced, so you can take it to your next board meeting.

Digital Trust and Responsible AI

Disclosure is becoming a record, not a label

The open provenance standard now carries a dedicated, machine-readable assertion for AI involvement: model type, scientific domain and the degree of human oversight. Products that treat disclosure as a badge will have to rebuild it as data.

Standards and Ecosystem Strategy

Influence is earned in the drafting room

The organizations that shape a standard are the ones that bring adoptable text, answer reviewers and stay through publication. Hkdolts took the AI disclosure assertion from proposal to the published C2PA 2.4 specification.

Why we see it early

We sit where these rules are drafted, so the leaders we work with hear about a change before it is final. Every role below is public, and you can check each one at its source.

C2PA

Core architect of the AI disclosure assertion

The c2pa.ai-disclosure assertion, published in the C2PA 2.4 specification in April 2026, gives AI transparency a machine-readable place in the open content-provenance standard.
